Cee’s Weekly Photo Challenge is Dark and Light. I took this photo on Decembers last day at sunrise. The Tuscarawas River was running high and swift. This ice bauble formed as water lapped upon the swamped grass bank. Clear waters are transparent to the underlying bank while the bauble captures morning’s first rays.

CFFC – Rough
Cee’s Fun Foto Challenge this week is rough. Check out the others. This coneflower remnant has some rough lingering beauty. It won’t be too much longer and the beauty will begin to rise again.
Driftwood Smooth
For Cee’s Fun Foto Challenge, I found these driftwood pieces collected in the past from Lake Michigan’s Shore. Worn, weathered, beaten and battered smooth they make a perfect subject. I shot this collection of macro shots using a background of manila braille paper, black cloth and and the back of a legal pad. I utilized a 20mm and 36mm Extension tube. Enjoy!
CFFC – Cold
Wordless Wednesday and Cee’s Fun Foto Challenge
CFFC Hot
Hot (see other entries here) is Cee’s Fun Foto challenge this week. Roasting corn on a hot fire made for some great summers memories last year.
CFFC – Pink & Magenta (and fluttering flowers too)
Cee’s Fun Foto Challenge this week continues the flower theme with the colors pink and magenta. As I looked back to last summers flower photos, it seems that pink attraced a great deal of interest from butterflies and bees. So, a bonus comes with my entry this week.
CFFC Blue and Purple Flowers
Looking back through last year’s spring, summer and fall flowers, I found these unused gems to meet Cee’s Fun Foto Challenge
for this week. Some of these photos are the earliest pictures I took after receiving a camera last spring. It is kind of fun to go back and see how I started out.
