Last Fling
My Friday Friend
Last Friday temperatures were setting records in the low 70’s. The next morning snow arrived, so I made one last warm weather hike before overdue cold temps settled in for the season. This little chippy thought the same thing and made good use of its last day out. I’m sure it’s not seen daylight since.

Friday Friends – Friendly Profile

Water Falling #1 captured from one of this year’s fall hikes. This small shelf is found below Dundee Falls, a local hike at the Beach City Wildlife Area.
Protected Innocence – Macro Moment Week 18
I captured this emerging sunflower in early August. It is slightly cropped. I chose to go Black and White to emphasize texture and contrast. I edit in Picasa.
