On the Prowl

This Preying (or praying if you prefer) Mantis seemed to be reprimanding me to be still and quiet. It’s not very nimble but does exhibit a fair amount of patience while prowling for the flies that were landing nearby.

The Light is Still On…

Leaving the Light on for Ya

I keep thinking this dilapidated old barn is waiting for someone to come home. A prodigal maybe? Makes me think that when lost, seemingly forgotten or even forsaken, God still knows my name.

He Knows My Name

I have a maker
He formed my heart,
Before even time began
My life was in his hands

He knows my name
He knows my every thought,
He sees each tear that falls
And hears me when I call

I have a father,
He calls me his own
He’ll never leave me,
No matter where I go

He knows my name
He knows my every thought
He sees each tear that falls
And hears me when I call

He knows my name
He knows my every thought
He sees each tear that falls
And hears me when I call

He knows my name
He knows my every thought
He sees each tear that falls
And hears me when I call
He hears me when I call

I’m reposting for this weeks Weekly Photo Challenge. I guess I was ahead of my time, but this photo of shadows fits the theme perfectly.
