All’s Quiet
There’s a lot of noise this time of the year. It was nice to find a quiet and peaceful end to the day.

Singing Again

A Spring Sing
Red Winged Blackbirds have been back for at least a week, singing their song and bickering back and forth in Northeast Ohio. A faithful harbinger of spring, they are a welcome sight. At the end of this day, a silhouette makes a statement too.
The Light is Still On…

Leaving the Light on for Ya
I keep thinking this dilapidated old barn is waiting for someone to come home. A prodigal maybe? Makes me think that when lost, seemingly forgotten or even forsaken, God still knows my name.
He Knows My Name
I have a maker
He formed my heart,
Before even time began
My life was in his hands
He knows my name
He knows my every thought,
He sees each tear that falls
And hears me when I call
I have a father,
He calls me his own
He’ll never leave me,
No matter where I go
He knows my name
He knows my every thought
He sees each tear that falls
And hears me when I call
He knows my name
He knows my every thought
He sees each tear that falls
And hears me when I call
He knows my name
He knows my every thought
He sees each tear that falls
And hears me when I call
He hears me when I call

I’m reposting for this weeks Weekly Photo Challenge. I guess I was ahead of my time, but this photo of shadows fits the theme perfectly.

Tr-ice

Trice
I found this ice formation hanging from a branch over the Tuscarawas River during a recent Artic blast Eastern Ohio. Before the cold, the rains came. Whether by lapping flood waters or dripping rain, this ice sculpture remains.
