Great Blue Heron
I’ve been posting a Friday Friend for quite a while now. Any creature in nature willing to cooperate qualifies as a candidate. Since this weeks WordPress Weekly Photo challenge is friends my almost weekly friends post fits right in. This week I’m posting a photo of a Blue Heron spotted on the Tuscarawas River north of Dover, Ohio. The river’s been high and muddy with all of our spring rains and this friend seemed to need a break from the extra work required to get a meal.
