A field of Goldenrod glistens in the setting October sun, but I struggled to capture a photo that captured its glow. I moved in,  isolated, and thought maybe the surrounding foreground and background might hold the glow for me. This one I think got it.

Golden Hour

Not quite Wordless Wednesday. After a couple of weeks of tender moments, the passing of memories and honoring my mother’s legacy; it was good to get back on the trail this evening. This golden hour shot seemed to capture the sentiment of these last few days. A September to remember.
