Little One

My venture into bird photography on the trail continues. Success is small at this point, as is this little Downy woodpecker I was fortunate enough at  getting a clean snap. Black and white processing offered a little more detail in an otherwise rather drab setting.

Outside of my wife’s first grade classroom, Mourning Doves set up in last year’s Robin’s nest. I’ve captured a few shots for her students to follow their progress on her classroom Smart Board.

I found this Bird house in traveling through Central New York to be pretty ordinary. Its perch on the bucket list is extra-ordinary. Enjoy, have a great week.
