We don’t have much in the way of stunning wild dogwoods in Britain, but there are some stunning cultivars in some gardens near me. I’ve got a couple of variegated leaf varieties in my garden, for the red stems in winter, but none of the ones with the beautiful flowers. Yet!
The dogwoods around here are already blooming. They’re so pretty. Love your photo. I’ve never really looked at the opening buds before.
Part of the fun with a camera is that it keeps you exploring:) spring has just begun, in its early stages in northeast Ohio.
Unique beauty……….
Seems we miss a lot of beauty waiting for the blooms. Thanks for the comment
Gorgeous! Love the colours. 🙂
Yes, delightful aren’t they 🙂
I’ve never been in an area that has dogwoods. How pretty they are.
They create their own artwork, a spring blessing
Looking forward to it!

The woods are alive with them now. The wild ones are all white but create an enchanting world. Many beautiful blooms too your future!
